This 2 hour course is designed as an introduction to the Foundery’s 100 watt CNC laser cutter/engraver, including safety, machine components, operations, software, materials, accessories, and project design. Upon completion of the class, students will be certified to schedule time on the CNC laser for their own projects. The current rate is $10 per 30 minute time slot. There are 6 available seats for this course based on a first come, first serve basis through the Meetup. The course cost will be $50, which includes 2 hours of training and material costs. NOTE: The class minimum is 2 students. Cancellations and refunds need to be requested 24 hours prior to the class start time.
